Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitcoin treasury company ProCap BTC has filed a Form S-4 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking to merge with Nasdaq-listed Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR). According to information disclosed in the filing, the company has realized over $60 million in unrealized gains on the 4,950 bitcoins it purchased in June of this year.
