Expand to product-market fit. establish a brand. Multiple use cases, verticals and geographies. Increase customer, transaction and 3T2D revenue.
Further extensions include Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who can integrate the platform into their solutions. By selling to end users, partners can also develop their own integrated modules within the Morpheus.Network ecosystem to meet their supply chain requirements.
Our financial projections include that up to 100 customers will sign up and use the platform by 2021, generating $6 million in annual platform revenue (APR); by 2024, 3,000 customers will sign up and use the platform, resulting in $100 million in APR. However, please note that these are targets and market fluctuations, uncertainty in user adoption and other factors such as independent negotiations with all customers and solution providers may significantly affect actual customer and revenue numbers.
A software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform will enable customers and partners to leverage our emerging technologies and their legacy infrastructure such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), with a focus on using the platform in the USMCA region. Create digital footprints for documentation and storage, cross-border customs and compliance (such as Customs and Border Protection (CBP) releases, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approvals)
Launch of the global Morpheus.Network platform for actual global supply transactions and logistics optimization on mainnet.
Focus on optimization by leveraging machine learning on all systems. Event-driven geolocation, IoT and machine learning to improve rail vehicle visibility and delivery SLAs to optimize supertanker loading.
For temperature sensitive products, we are working with a pharmaceutical company in Mexico and an exporter of quality meat in Argentina. Our leveraging IoT, geolocation, temperature monitors, humidity and other triggers on the supply chain and document compliance to build a digital footprint using IoT.
Consumer brands in fragrances, cosmetics and luxury goods are able to create digital footprints that integrate data from raw material manufacturing, shipping, marketing and PoS processes; this information is then recorded on the blockchain. The digital footprint can be scanned using a QR code or RFID tag that has been printed on the packaging, individually labelled and affixed to a physical container such as a bottle cap, cork or foil, and hashed on the blockchain superior.
Fraud protection incidents in the supply chain are flagged and relieved of a multi-billion dollar pain point in the retail industry: the loss of black, grey and counterfeit products.
To strengthen the security of the supply chain, Morpheus.Network is able to access, store and share documents on the blockchain. The method can be used in freight car parks, duty-free enterprise zones, border crossings, secure car parks, railways and ports. Ongoing pilots include food safety in truck parking lots and supermarkets.
The pilot includes Chinese manufacturers, North American distributors, auto exporters in Russia, and avocado exporters in Mexico. Generate, store, and share documentation to comply with customs regulations and automated logistics, increasing the efficiency of importers, exporters, distributors, and manufacturers.
Morpheus.Network worked with major importers and exporters to analyze several compelling use cases with intermittent processes: huge pain points and inefficiencies related to merchandise, documents, and payments. Understanding each common supply chain process is the starting point for our development of modules and workflows for multiple pilot programs.
The architecture of the middleware platform is developed. Created our first digital footprint for connecting and automating end-to-end supply chains, including provenance, track and trace, safekeeping and compliance, and payments. By radically improving the experience of supply chain managers, we save them time and money.
