As AI is reshaping the crypto industry, barriers to access advanced strategies and institutional-grade data are being broken down—which raises a key question: Do opportunities still exist for retail traders?
This concern is not difficult to understand. In a market environment where 10x and even 100x returns are becoming increasingly scarce, many traders are beginning to question whether they still have the edge.
Resolving this imbalance is one of the core directions KTX is building.
Two months ago, KTX launched "AI Capital Guaranteed Copying", which provides 100% loss protection and is designed to help users allocate funds to more robust strategies and avoid continued exposure to downside risks.
But in addition to security and stability, KTX also hopes to provide traders with greater flexibility.
If KTX is focused on AI, why not just launch a fully automated AI trading agent for all users?
The answer lies in risk.
In real markets, pure AI strategies are still difficult to deal with sudden fluctuations, black swan events, and rapidly changing human emotions. Once such systems are applied to user groups on a large scale, the uncertainty will be significantly amplified. Therefore, KTX chose a more controllable path: setting up a US$10 million security fund for AI capital-guaranteed copying, while focusing on risk management rather than aggressive pursuit of returns.
At the same time, KTX has also noticed that more and more developers and advanced traders are no longer satisfied with passive strategies - they want to be able to build, customize and control their own AI trading systems.
Rather than providing a “one-size-fits-all” AI Agent, KTX chose to create the KTX Skills Kit.
KTX Skills Kit was officially released on April 13. It is a toolkit compatible with the MCP protocol, providing developers and AI Agents with unified access to KTX core infrastructure, including:
● Real-time market data
● Transaction Execution
● Asset and Account Management
The toolkit supports integration with mainstream AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and OpenClaw, allowing AI models to seamlessly connect to real trading environments.
With Skills Kit, users can:
● Build an AI Agent that can obtain and respond to real-time market data
● Automate transactions in AI workflows
● Manage accounts directly through AI interface
Among them, market data is free and open; trading and account functions need to be used through API Key. The toolkit has been open sourced on GitHub, and developers are encouraged to participate in expanding ecological capabilities.
Essentially, KTX is not only providing tools, but also opening its trading infrastructure to the AI native developer ecosystem.
This event will be held during Seoul BUIDL Week. KTX will demonstrate on-site how to seamlessly integrate the KTX Skills Kit into mainstream AI platforms and delve into the intersection of AI, encryption and the future of trading.
The event will bring together developers, traders and AI practitioners to share the industry’s evolution trends in the AI era.
