* Rewards from this event are not cumulative. HTX Affiliates will only receive the highest reward corresponding to their invitees' cumulative trading volume.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Only HTX Affiliates can participate in this event.

2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.

3. HTX Affiliates cannot simultaneously enjoy the benefits of this program and the privileges of Prime 9 or above.

4. Trading Volume Calculation Criteria for This Event

(1) An Affiliate's total trading volume during the event = The combined trading volume of spot and futures trades (including both USDT-margined and coin-margined futures) for the Affiliate and their invitees during the event period.

(2) Only trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, market maker fee rates, negative fee rates, cashback vouchers, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.

5. To be eligible for rewards, HTX Affiliates are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete identity verification before the event ends will result in ineligibility to receive rewards. Rewards will not be extended.

6. Participants cannot win rewards from both this event and other promotions of the same kind. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.

7.The rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event concludes. Any physical prizes will be credited to the winner's HTX account in their USDT equivalent. If winners haven't received their rewards, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.

8. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.

9. HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
