Event 1: Limited-Time Offer: Refer Friends to Unlock Mystery Boxes with 100% Enhanced Rewards

You can get a Mystery Box every time your invitee signs up and logs into the HTX App during the event period.

Once your invitee completes the following trades, both of you will receive a Mystery Box:

✓ Spot trading ≥ 200 USDT → Each receives 1 Mystery Box

✓ Futures trading ≥ 300 USDT → Each receives 1 Mystery Box

Limited-Time Offer: Unlock Mystery Boxes with 100% Enhanced Rewards

When your invitee reaches a cumulative spot or futures trading volume of ≥ 1,000 USDT during the event period:

• Both you and your invitee can share trading Mystery Boxes with 100% enhanced rewards.
• The 100% enhanced rewards are calculated based on your invitee's eligible trading volume.

For example, Bob joins HTX via Jack's referral. Once Bob completes 200 USDT in spot trading, both Bob and Jack receive a trading Mystery Box. After the Mystery Boxes are opened, they each receive 100 USDT.

• If Bob's total spot trading volume reaches 1,000 USDT, he and Jack will each get an additional 100% enhanced reward, i.e., an extra 100 USDT each.
• At this point, Bob's futures trading volume does not reach 1,000 USDT, so they will not receive enhanced rewards for futures trades.

Event 2: $1,000 in BTC for Lucky Users

At the end of the event, we will randomly select 10 lucky users from those who successfully claimed trading Mystery Box rewards. Each winner will receive $1,000 in BTC!

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to average users and their invitees. Other users are not eligible to participate in the event.
• Mystery Box rewards will be distributed instantly. Please check them by navigating to Referral > Bonus (USDT) > Earning Details > Mystery Box. Any 100% enhanced rewards from trading Mystery Boxes will be converted into an equivalent amount of USDT, and both the enhanced rewards and the $1,000 in BTC will be credited to your HTX account within 14 working days after the event ends.
• Participants are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of $1,000 in BTC and enhanced Mystery Box rewards.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
