Wombex is a revenue collection and veToken accumulation platform built on top of Wombat. It is a fork of Convex with many additional developments, new technical features, and customizations to the Wombat architecture.
The main goal of Wombex is to combine the power of liquidity providers and WOM token holders to supercharge each other and accelerate the long-term development of Wombat. To do this, Wombex accumulates veWOM and aggregates deposits from LPs.
WMX is Wombat's native token. WMX tokens only have the utility of a special contract (vlWMX) locked by voting for 16 weeks on the platform. vlWMX token holders can use their vote-locked WMX to participate in the Wombex and Wombat ecosystems.
