It was inspired by the biblical story where humans built a tower so high that they challenged God's divinity. Tower of Babel is operated by an on-chain oracle and Rebaser, which allows anyone to activate a rebase. Heavy bases will only succeed if the market conditions are right, and this is handled by oracles.
