TimeCoin (TMCN) is a cryptocurrency issued by TimeTicket GmbH (a Swiss subsidiary of "TimeTicket, Inc."), a marketplace that connects people who want to buy and sell skills and services with their available time.
TimeTicket, the skill-sharing economy marketplace run by TimeTicket Inc., has 400,000 users and its sales have grown 40-fold over the past four years. The company has raised 400 million yen in equity financing and plans to go public.
TimeTicket GmbH is running a blockchain project called "TimeCoinProtocol". The project aims to develop and operate a sharing economy platform, as well as develop sharing economy services and e-sports applications that run on the platform.
Globalway Inc., the parent company of TimeTicket Inc., is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and has disclosed in a timely manner the listing of TimeCoin (TMCN) on the cryptocurrency exchange under the guidance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as reported by Japan Financial Services bureau supervision. The Swiss financial services agency FINMA also confirmed that the TimeCoin project has no legal problems. The project has been accepted by Japan's Tokyo Stock Exchange and Switzerland's FINMA, and has a high degree of credibility.
