XUSD is issued by StraitsX, the leading digital asset payment infrastructure in Southeast Asia. XUSD aims to promote rapid, global and 24/7 payments and link the region’s financial ecosystem to the stability of the world’s major reserve currencies. Each XUSD is pegged to one dollar and is fully collateralized with reserve assets, with a level of holding and maintaining equivalent to at least 100% of XUSD in circulation.
