SMARTRealty applies smart contract technology to everyday real estate transactions such as leases, purchases and sales. Currently, SMARTRealty is in beta. The founders plan to officially launch the full-featured platform in June 2019. Another initiative launching in 2020 is the SMARTMortgage platform, which will allow people to finance real estate purchases in cryptocurrencies and convert them to other currencies, including fiat.
