SmartCash is a blockchain-based decentralized economic platform for decentralized community governance, cooperation and growth. In order to create and maintain a decentralized governance structure, two concepts SmartHive and Hive Structuring Team (HST) are introduced. SmartHive gives anyone who holds coins the opportunity to vote on proposals submitted by the community. So SmartHive will be the lifeblood of this project, it will allow anyone to participate and submit proposals, creating a bottom-up governance structure.
