SKATE-Skate Detailed Description

Skate is a multi-VM infrastructure project that enables any decentralized application to run seamlessly across multiple blockchains, including EVMs and alternative virtual machines. It also provides native access to virtual machine-specific applications on other chains—for example, allowing EVM applications to run directly in an SVM or MOVE environment.
