Seele is a blockchain ecosystem that introduces a new neural network consensus algorithm and builds a "heterogeneous forest" value exchange for high-throughput concurrency in large-scale heterogeneous nodes. Seele Token is mainly used to reward node maintenance and pay transaction fees.

Neural consensus algorithm: Neural network consensus algorithm converts consensus problems into asynchronous requests, processes and classifies data in a large-scale environment based on "micro-real numbers" to ensure that all nodes in the network reach a consensus. Compared with other existing consensus algorithms, neural network consensus algorithms not only ensure safety and low energy consumption, but also have strong linear expansion capabilities. As the network size increases, performance will be linearly accelerated to meet business needs. There is undoubtedly a wonderful feature of neural network consensus algorithms. Heterogeneous Forest Network: Heterogeneous Forest Network is a blockchain ecosystem composed of different subnets. Each subnet can independently serve different business scenarios, and different chains interact through cross-chain protocols to realize value exchange. Value Transfer Protocol and Value Chain HTTP (VTP and VHTTP): The value Transfer Protocol is based on a heterogeneous forest network architecture. This protocol covers unified identification of on-chain assets and routing strategies for asset discovery. VHTTP implements value exchange between in-chain and out-chain, as well as between chains.
Low-delay value Internet Transport Layer Protocol (QVIC): In the wide area network, the low-delay value Internet Transport Layer Protocol has targeted optimizations for network jitter and packet loss instability. The low-delay value Internet transmission layer protocol adopts a pre-link method, and the handshake control is completed at the sending end. The handshake time can be ignored and data packets are sent directly, so the transmission rate and efficiency have been greatly improved.
