RFR-Refract Detailed Description

Refract rewards liquidity repairs. Uniswap addresses, Bounce presale addresses, and RFR dev/owner wallet addresses never receive any rewards. Future exchange addresses will also be excluded. Refract has high inflation characteristics. Each transaction will burn 2% of the transaction volume, tightening the supply and increasing the price. Together these create high inflation in RFR. Refract also has an adjustable incentive tax from 1%-10%. The reward is currently set at 3%. Holders have the right to vote on the reward level.
