Currently PLA is providing videos to mobile/online platforms with iqiyi, Tencent Video in China and Star TV in India and multiple channels. The PLA believes that subtitles can play an important role in reflecting the culture of a country's language. Therefore, PLA hopes to solve this problem by creating and sharing video subtitles based on blockchain technology, creating an ecosystem for participants. Through this work, PLA aims to help many viewers learn about other countries' cultures by accessing high-quality content.
