Optimus is an NFT-Fi project commemorating Tesla, founded by early Tesla stock holders to express their love for Elon. Tesla Robot, also known as Optimus, is a conceptual general-purpose robotic humanoid being developed by Tesla Inc. It was announced at the company's AI Day event on August 19, 2021. CEO Elon Musk claimed at the event that Tesla is likely to build a prototype by 2022.
