New Bitcoin (NBTC) is a new currency that was forked out at block 501225 of Bitcoin (BTC). Inheriting the genes and users of Bitcoin, the difference is that the block size is expanded to 8M, the encryption algorithm is changed to Equihash, and the mining algorithm is changed to GPU (graphics card mining).
