Mixin balances centralization and centralization to provide optimal performance, similar to EOS. Based on mobile phone numbers and PIN codes as identity authentication, the threshold for ordinary people to enter the blockchain is eliminated. The biggest highlight of Mixin is that it consumes deflation and allows the coin to increase the price to pay miners, allowing users to be free of charge, achieving the same effect of free inflation in EOS.
BTC or other digital currencies circulating on the Mixin network will be circulated among internal users and will not interact with actual networks such as BTC. Therefore, you can transfer money quickly and get free of charge (recharge and withdrawal are definitely required).

XIN is the only token for all services in Mixin network. XIN is inseparable from staking for all nodes, developing DApps and calling APIs. A Mixin full node needs to be staked at least 10,000 XINs to establish the initial credit of the node.

Developing a DApp requires paying a certain amount of XIN to the network at one time, and the amount is determined by the network resources it wants to occupy. The same is true for DApp calls to the Mixin API, and the number is determined by the type and number of calls. All XINs collected by Mixin network will be destroyed to ensure a steady increase in XIN value. This means that DApp developers need to pay for using Mixin network services, while ordinary users do not. Of course, ordinary users may need to pay for the DApps they use.

Mixin issuances of 1,000,000 XINs at a time. For ease of calculation, the Mixin network will use milliXIN as the main valuation unit, abbreviated as MIX, and 1 MIX is equal to one thousandth of XIN.
