METANOIA is a project proposed by American-American international human rights lawyers. In order to better protect individual rights, this project insists that "energy rights are human rights". It will solve the problem of inequality in energy rights through the construction of energy development assistance and microgrid (P2P power trading platform), and create new energy-human rights values in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
