LYUM-Layerium Detailed Description

Layerium is a cryptocurrency system that overcomes the scalability and privacy limitations of previous systems such as Ethereum, providing enhanced smart contract support. Similar to Ethereum, Layerium enables parties to create smart contracts by leveraging code to define the behavior of a virtual machine (VM) that executes the contract's functions. Layerium employs mechanism design to incentivize parties to reach an off-chain consensus on the expected behavior of the VM.
