Lava is the modular data access layer of blockchain. It introduces specification: a modular primitive that allows contributors to add support for new chains and data services to the underlying agreement without permission. RPC is the first service supported by the agreement, but we will soon provide more options through integration with indexing and API partners such as Subsquid. Data consumers send requests to Lava's data provider network (node ​​operator), who joins Lava to meet data needs. Lava creates dynamic, scalable markets around any blockchain data service. The protocol also creates crypto-economic assurances around service quality, speed, uptime, and data accuracy.
