IndexChain is a blockchain project under the Singapore Tianyue Foundation Hephzibah. IndexChain's mission is to establish a next-generation decentralized open financial infrastructure for market participants in DeFi, including financial market technology developers, financial market institutions, and financial market transactions. IndexChain consists of three parts that will work together:

 An open intelligent privacy blockchain with a multi-chain architecture with atomic exchange interoperability;

A service and ecosystem surrounding decentralized financial service providers, DeFi projects, distributed applications;

 An independent, decentralized governance mechanism that incentivizes and coordinates the development of InDex.

IndexChain is an independent public chain project. The main network was launched on September 30, 2019 and has developed rapidly since then. Together with IndexChain's native token DIC (Digital Index Coin), it has tens of thousands of project followers around the world.
