ICA-Icarus Network Detailed Description

Icarus is a fully data-centric shared ledger protocol for managing on-chain governance and off-chain data. Icarus has no transaction fees, can store an unlimited amount (and type) of data, and is backward compatible with Ethereum. The Icarus network allocates this resource based on the ownership of the native token ICA. The value of the ICA is directly related to the actual usage of the network, so an attacker cannot spam the network without a commensurate investment in network bandwidth.
