CLEAR-Everclear Detailed Description

Everclear is an innovative cross-chain intention settlement public products mechanism. This mechanism:

- Allows fillers to share rebalancing costs by checkout hedging with other fillers and users in the network.

- As a programmable layer, for the filler or user to build and use any number of funds rebalancing/settlement mechanisms (e.g. by accessing any messaging mechanism, liquidity pool, centralized exchange, etc.).

- Implement permissionless expansion to new chains and expansion solutions, so that applications on any chain can access users from other chains.
