ETI is used to deploy the eInc organization on the EtherInc blockchain, and is used for eIncNS registered by the eInc organization. ETI is able to provide EInc EtherInc blockchain organization with proposals such as "Issuing shares, appointing CEO and others". ETI can vote on proposals/execution proposals organized by eInc on the EtherInc blockchain. ETI pays wages by creating a "Salary/Payment" proposal and passes the proposal to pay wages.
