DOS-Demos Detailed Description

The Demos basic chain adopts the PoW+PoS consensus mechanism, and the extended chain will adopt the Demos proof-of-work mechanism. The responsibilities of the two are clearly distributed. The basic chain is mainly responsible for DOS output and DOS transfer, while the extended chain mainly provides the use of smart contracts.
