Horizon State is a blockchain-based platform and ecosystem that enables efficient voting and decision-making processes. The platform works through the use of decision tokens (HST). These run the decision-making and voting process by providing "gas" for voting and other services within the ecosystem. Horizon State is currently working with the government, large corporations, blue chip clients, local councils, unions, educational institutions and non-profit organizations who will utilize Decision Token for voting and voting processes. New products and services in the ecosystem will require the use of HST, driving token value and demand.
