DECENT-DECENT Database Detailed Description

The DECENT database is an Australian-based initiative born out of a love of science whose main purpose is the decentralized peer review of scientific research articles. The current project addresses issues of cost and access to research through a well-designed operating model that, in addition to relatively low open-access publishing, offers an alternative subscription-based model that provides royalties to registered authors.
