The core goal of DEBB is to establish a blockchain-as-a-service (BAAS, Blockchainasaservice) model. By establishing an abstract blockchain system with a built-in graphical programming language, anyone can create contracts and Decentralize applications and set up their freely defined ownership rules, transaction methods and state transition functions in them, enabling developers to create arbitrary consensus-based, scalable, standardized, feature-complete, easy-to-develop and collaborative application.
