SN64-Chutes Detailed Description

Chutes is a decentralized computing subnetwork on the Bittensor network (subnetwork 64). It supports permissionless deployment and verification of a variety of workloads, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, with computing resources provided by decentralized, permissionless miners. The subnet issues alpha tokens (dTAO) as calculation-based rewards and is tied to the global TAO economic system.
