Celo is a decentralized platform that will realize a stable value asset family with crypto-staking/storage style. The Celo agreement issues two assets: Celo Dollar - a stable value asset with elastic supply; CELO - a fixed supply of variable value assets. cUSD (Celo Dollars) stable assets are linked to the US dollar, allowing for faster, cheaper and more convenient sharing of funds.
