Atlas' private equity round was led by OGC, NGC and Ledger Capital, and it has established a strategic investment and partnership with GroundX, a wholly-owned blockchain subsidiary of South Korean Internet giant Kakao. Atlas will leverage Zanadu's existing user base and partnerships with more than 20 major hospitality providers, including The Peninsula Hotels, Shangri-La, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines and Finnair. The company also has strategic partnerships targeting retail customers with WeChat, Toutiao, iQiyi, Youku, NetEase and Weibo.
