ALCA-AliceNet Detailed Description

AliceNet is a Layer 2 (L2) Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain based on Ethereum, designed to address concerns about the provability and ease of proving its own state. Its foundation stems from Google Trillian, a verifiable data structure used with Google's Certificate Transparency system.
AliceNet adopts a dual token model: ALCA and ALCB. ALCA is the governance and staking token, while ALCB is the utility token used to pay transaction fees within AliceNet. Both tokens follow the ERC-20 standard that exists on the Ethereum blockchain.
